Student Health Services at ��Ӱֱ�� State College has achieved re-accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).  The award is given to those ambulatory care centers that have met nationally recognized standards for quality health care.

��Ӱֱ�� State College students once again participated in the Student Senate and ACES (Auxiliary Campus Enterprises and Services, the campus dining and vending organization) sponsored "Give Up A Meal" (GUAM) program whereby students who donate a "meal punch" help raise money for charity. 

��Ӱֱ�� State College faculty and staff enhanced their own holiday spirit by contributing toys, hats, gloves, and scarves as their "admission" to the college's annual holiday party.

The ��Ӱֱ�� State College Alumni Singers will present a "We Need a Little Christmas" Concert, Sunday, Dec. 14, 2008, at 2 p.m. at the ��Ӱֱ�� Town Fire Hall-Theatre, University Street. Anthony Cappadonia, director; Patricia Wiggers, accompanist.  The concert is open to the public free of charge; light refreshments will be served following the concert.

��Ӱֱ�� State College student Heather Yaple, Stittville, an architectural technology major, has had one of her Independent Study drawings named as a finalist in the KRob Memorial Architectural Delineation Exhibition.

��Ӱֱ�� State College officials welcome the following new hires to the campus community:  Erin Atkins, Tammy Brackett, Cindy Coleman, Richard Fanta, Mary Golden, Clifford McPeak, and Matthew Metzgar.

Students enrolled in ��Ӱֱ�� State College's veterinary technology and agricultural technology programs received a one-of-a-kind training experience during the fall semester that turned a tragic beginning into a happy ending.
